Do not even waste your time calling ; this place is a disorganized nightmare . I’ve been trying for 7 weeks to get a therapist for my daughter. They have given me the run around for weeks . They tell me an intern is going to call me next week to set me up an appointment with a therapist as if the intern is a receptionist. No one told me all the licensed therapists I was interested in we’re on waiting lists . An intern finally calls like 3 weeks later . An appointment is set up to talk to an intern about making an appointment. Finally I call and they tell me I was supposed to show up In person . I’m like “ in person just to make an appointment “? They say no “ you actually had therapy set up with an intern”. I’m like “ I told the receptionist in the beginning I did not want an intern but a licensed clinical therapist ; my daughter wants someone who is not going to leave in a year “. I’m so frustrated I basically called and told them to delete my 700 forms I had to full out . They wasted 7 weeks of my time and 2 hours of filling out forms . But sadly my daughter with anxiety and depression who truly needs help still has no therapist .

I was with this practice for 14 years. It was terrible the entire time, but the last straw was when my psychiatrist blamed me for not seeking help earlier (as if I hadn’t been seeking help for 14 years.)
