Went for dinner on Saturday to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I ordered lasagna with meat sauce, it was good although it had a bit too much sauce and made the lasagna soggy. I'm giving it 3 stars because the bathroom condition was unacceptable. It had no paper towels, it smelled really bad and the big trashcan was overfilled with paper. This was very disappointing and tells of the type of cleanliness the restaurant has. Finding the bathroom that way took away part of the dining experience I was looking forward with my family.

Always a great meal be it a sandwich or pasta Sometime I'll have to try the pizza which always smells delicious!

Someone recommended this place to me to order lunch for my team. I called and asked whether there were any specials; the guy (Bill) said yes, you order an extra large pizza, and you get a free small cheese pizza. Okay, I ordered TWO XL pizzas, thinking I would get TWO small cheese pizzas. The order came, and I gave the guy 100.00 as my bill was 93 and some change. We get to the lunch room to open the big bag and boxes, and NO SMALL Pizzas. I called the driver back, thinking it was the restaurant he put the manager on the phone. I hear him in the background being RUDE," why is she calling your cell" He gets on the phone and say yes, I will send it right over. AN hour and 1/2 pass, and I call back and speak to (Bill) who acts like we didn't just have the conversation TWICE about the free pizza. He proceeded to ask me if I remembered who had taken my order. I said yes, it was you, he said; I don't remember us discussing the special after he "Sigh" on the phone like I was getting on his nerves about a pizza that was to be delivered the first time. After helping him realize our conversation and letting him know that my team lunch was almost over, he said, " Okay, I will send it right over. After all that, the receptionist brings me ONE small pizza instead of TWO. The pizza was so small it could be labeled as a personal pizza. First and last time spending money at this place. I wasted 93.00 for lousy customer service. No apology, no nothing.

Delicious pizza! Spent my entire life in Chicago and although we have plenty of options, this place is right up at the top of the list. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Online ordering is fast, easy, and free with a discount to order direct from them. What more can you ask for?
