These people are big-time scammers. They scammed me out of hundred of dollars years ago at a time when I really couldn't afford to be scammed like that and I'll never forget it. Stay as far as possible away from them!!!

I just dropped my computer off for an update. The guy behind the counter was a "breath if fresh air". He was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and even carried the computer out if my car without me asking. He was up front with the possible cost too.

Yes, they are in a strip mall in Palos Heights, and have a good business. I just bought a used laptop from CG, and it's working great!
I've never done that but they are very reasonable and they give you options and different price ranges as to what you want to do.

I would disagree with the prior comment. I've dealt with Phil and Toby both. Great guys provided fast professional service at a more than fair price.
They might, I am sure the could test it first. Great service there, and they sell refurbished computers.
