We had a wonderful stay thanks to Suzanne. We celebrated our engagement and she made everything Perfect. The hotel has one of the best views of the river and the location is excellent for touring the city. Martín from the restaurant had very good attention with us. They all treated us wonderfully and made us spend one of the most unforgettable nights of our lives. Thank you

Perfect for work conferences. Comfy bed, mediocre pillows, great location and really freaking loud plumbing. So loud you won’t have to set an alarm because you will hear the 8 rooms surrounding you above, below, side, and diagonal get up pee and start their showers. Don’t book here for a relaxing vacation as you be awakened by all the working stiffs. Also the pool is indoors which I’m sure is great for families in winter, but in summer makes you drool over beautiful outdoor Loews pool next door.

The receptionist Kelli is outstanding. Her smile radiates through her mask, making you feel welcome hundreds of miles away from home. Oh and the hotel is great too. Clean rooms, excellent location. Looking forward to my next stay.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located with amazing views! This was my first stay at this particular hotel, but definitely will not be my last. The check-in process was quick and efficient and the service at the front desk and throughout the multi-day stay was well above average. "Ask and ye shall receive" -- they honored my preferences around room floor and view and it was simply breathtaking despite the gloomy weather.

Yes, just call the front desk & ask them. Unless they were completely booked the previous night or you had very specific requests, they will do their very best to check you into a vacant room early.
No discount! It's $59 per 24 hours if you self park. Valet is $69. That area is double priced for everything. There are several parking structures that are cheaper. You can also use uberx for 4 people. It's cheaper than $59 a day at the hotel.
$59 self park, $69 valet, each per night
You can request fridge not sure about micro
Yes, with the hotel style coffee bags you use for the grounds. Strong but good, Starbucks brand.
Yes, and if parking on the street be aware that some street parking availability changes depending upon the day and time of day and some streets may change direction as well.
We were gifted with access to the 33rd floor that provided breakfast. It was a serve yourself with: Greek yogurt, fresh diced fruit, danishes, granola, cereal, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal with toppings, coffee, milk, juice, tea, canned soft drinks and water. I believe to purchase breakfast, it was $26.
Marriott
I believe self parking is pro rated if you are only visiting.
If the room is available the front desk should be able to accommodate call them in advance
You can take the blue line to downtown and uber to the hotel. $5 for blue line and $6-8 for uber. I inquired about shuttle..$30. I ended up sharing an uber with friends i ran into.
Yes they do and you call the front desk they will help they only hold stuff for 30 days
You can walk near the hotel. Chicago is a beautiful city.
For our conference, we were told it would be $69 per day for valet parking. You can self park for slightly less, but there are garages within walking distance for far less...use a parking app to find one.
Ohare airport
Yes, there is an indoor pool available by the gym and changing rooms. It has views of the river and lake.
The in-room coffee and tea are complimentary.
Usually most hotels will receive packages that are sent to guests. The experience I've had was to call and inform them and provide as much detail as possible. Once a delivery arrived about 2 days before I checked in, they secured it until my check in date and had delivered it to my room the day of my check in
Yes
The Sheraton stike is over. However as of 2 weeks ago, Hyatt and some Marriotts were still beating drums non stop.
Have to call the hotel
Uber
I saw a big dog entering the elevator while we were leaving
Breakfast and brunch is handled by the on site restaurants. If you stay in a club level room you get the free breakfast in the club lounge
The red line. I suggest you take a cab though it is about 50 dollars.
Uber or lyft both work great
Try parking at Ogden plaza. You can book it online. You can take the elevator to the hotel from the garage
Depending on what you're eating. Approximately breakfast is under $20
