I don't believe there is a Hertz "rental" onsite, there is a budget rental there and a Hertz car "sales". The closest hertz I believe is 477 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem, OR 97301 but is closed at the moment, hours are 730am to 530pm. The budget car rental is on site at Salem Municipal Airport, 2990 25th St SE, Salem, OR 97302 but is also closed, hours are 8am to 5pm. Good luck.
