I’ve been living at this establishment for a few good years now and I can only say it’s been great! The community is amazing and the staff is even better. They do their best to keep the place clean and have special treats for all events and holidays. On Fridays, they give my friends and I special treats (candy and chips) and we are ever greatful! Especially for Ms.Denise, Ms.Moore (a leasing specialist), and Ms.Parker (an account manager)! Their personalities are very welcoming and we love seeing them every Friday! Overall it is a great place 💜

Even though I myself am not a resident, I can assure you the community is extremely welcoming and nice! Ms.Dennis' warming personality is a true joy to be around, along with how she always treats my friends and I with candy every Friday. This Monday as you may know was Halloween, so she gave us candy bags and let me have an extra 10 pieces since it was my birthday! A true delight honestly!! 💌

STAY AWAY. when we first moved in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. We were concerned about a payment and her response was “do you want to live here or not”. 😂 I’ve never had service like that before, when checking on MY money. If something is broken, it will stay broken. Get use to it. My lease ends in December and my dishwasher has been broken since i moved in. Only able to use it once in 12 months. Yes we put in many reports about it. The backsplash in the kitchen never was finished. We were told someone would come in the day we moved in to fix it. We also had a washer and dryer when we moved in. To our surprise once the dryer broke, we put in a work order and was told the washer and dryer was never included. Meaning they sold us an apartment that was never even cleaned out fully. The trash piles up, the gate hardly ever works. But those are all small problems compared to the rude or nonexistent service. It got so bad, we even were able to get someone’s number and explain what’s been going on, just for her to say “this is my personal number”. I understand work is work, but you don’t see how bad it is for residents to have to track down people that are meant to HELP us? 😂😂😂 It’s truly comedy. Anyone reading this, if you value your sanity, belongings, time, and dignity. STAY AWAY.

I had recently got approved for a 2 bedroom apartment the lady told me to pay $275 which I believed I did I came all the way from PA HAD TO PAY $750 to stay in a hotel room waiting for my apartment to be finished just to call them and they told me I can no longer get the apartment cause the payment didn’t go through but when I talked to a different lady earlier she said I have to pay $150 plus another $50 I didn’t get a email nor a phone call saying that the payment didn’t go through otherwise I would’ve made sure it did it’s crazy i might have to move back if I can’t find another apartment in time
