All the reviews I see from people talking about they love it here are just LYING TO YOU AND THEMSELVES. I don’t see how anyone could love it here with the constant leaks, plumbing issues, horrible smells, and roaches showing up at any given moment. I could go all day about how much I have living here. In all honesty I came here because of unfortunate events and lack of time to find someplace more decent to live. The application process was slick stressful because of the move in date being pushed back multiple times. The leasing agents are professional but will tell you anything because that’s their “JOB”. The rent is WAYY TOO HIGH for this place to be so outdated and unsanitary…..like seriously I’ve only been here two months and I’ve already had like 10 service requests. Oh and there’s a pest control fee including in the monthly rent which is a BIG RED FLAG cuz why I gotta pay for pest control if the pests were already here AND keep coming back right after an attempt to get rid of them. BIG SCAM!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Jamese Black is a god sent. The property is lovely and clean and the apts are super spacious. The staff is super friendly and truly cares. Both ladies, Adrienne and Jamese, made me feel at home from the first visit. Thank you Jamese you are the best.
