Saved the night and saved me money. When a competitor closed its counter and left us stranded EZ Rental saved the day and saved me money. Got the same size car and brand new for a lower rate than me reservation. Great staff and clean car. Way to go EZ Rental.

What a waste, a one-day rental total came out to 170 because I was 30 minutes late returning the vehicle. I thought that by securing the insurance I was doing myself a favor however even though the deposit was $100 lower the actual amount I usually need to secure a rental I ended up paying three times more for one day then I would have. I'm sorry $200 for a one-day rental and it's not even a luxury car is just too much.

Trash! Do NOT rent a car from here! Rented a car to be available at 3 PM. Got to the kiosk after walking forever and going up and down the escalator. No one was working in the booth. Sent me somewhere else and then they told me I needed my contract from a different area that was on 3rd flood. Please note I have a backpack and a suitcase with me, so all this walking up and down and back and forth after a four flight is killing me! Finally get to the contract counter which is separate from the kiosk and the man tells us our car won’t be ready for another hour or so! Had to cancel!
