Rented a car in Atlanta, when leaving the rental garage the car had a message to check a dealer for problem. I told the lady checking us out and she pushed a button that it was fine. I left headed to the burn center in Augusta and in an hour and a half I had to pull off the interstate with a flat. I called Enterprise and waited three hours on the side of I 20 waiting or help and finally had to get someone else to help us. Enterprise said they could not find anyone that could help us, yet someone else could. I turned in the car and exchanged it for another at the airport in Augusta, GA. when I got the final bill they had the nerve to charge me for a tire repair. Needless to say my next rental will not be Enterprise.

Rented at Enterprise multiple times over the last 3 years. Considerably better experience than with Avis or Hertz. Especially at airports picking up your vehicle can take for ages, not so with Enterprise. Things just seem to go a bit more efficiently and I have had this experience at multiple locations. Generally friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only one time I had an issue when I booked a car pick up at ATL airport, return in Peachtree City. When picking up the car, all of a sudden they told me I wasn't allowed to return the car at another location, even though I had a confirmation. Locations I used them are: ATL airport, Newnan GA, Peachtree city GA, Fayetteville GA, Brussels Airport, Amsterdam Airport, San Francisco, Rapid city, Las Vegas

My experience at this Enterprise rent-a-car was by far my best ever. I’ve been using Enterprise for quite some time and this was by far the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve encountered. I can’t speak for others experiences, but mine was outstanding! This establishment should be the bench mark for all Enterprise locations. Keep up the great work and make sure you take care of the employees who represent this location because they were awesome. Even when dealing with dozens of customers, still had the patience to treat us all with great respect.

So?!? If you have a small chip on your Driver license you can’t rent a car? Remind you been in air ports, federal buildings, military bases and a rental car says no?!? Well I hate if your international or someone just like me comes from another state and not get a rental car. I couldn’t even argue the “policy.” My IQ would have drop.

Some car rental places will rent to you, some won't. Other variables include your age, your driving record, your credit rating. YOU need to check with car rental agencies.

I don't know but i`m sure if you check with Enterprise Customer service when you rent your car they will sort it for you since you'll need help to get yourself to the pickup area too.

Oh no. I just rented from them last week and I've lived in atlanta for 10 years and I wasn't flying anywhere. Enterprise and Hertz don't require flight info.

They were open at that time we picked up our car at the end of December. For warning take your own time stamped pictures of the car when you pick up and drop off the car. Make sure to check the inspection sticker. We discovered at the end of our drive that day the inspection and registration expired at the end of November. It was like pulling teeth to get the company to correct it.
