As far as I know, there is no way to directly contact that location. At least I couldn't with the fiasco I had with the company. I suggest using Enterprise if circumstances allow.
No one comes on the phone there. Terrible customer service. I left my wallet in the car I returned and have been desperately trying to contact them for the past 4 days but no one responds. Put in a request for lost item as suggested but no response since then. The people there give Hertz a bad name.
