People on Craigslist respond fast if u post "rehoming free kittens" .. It's not the easiest way [because u have to meet up with different people] but I swear I got a flooded email box within a day.

Try doing a search for Forgotten Cats. I had a mess of feral cats. They got them fixed and kept the ones they thought they could find a home for.
