Horrible experience. Ran by a bunch of liberal dummies. Went literally right across the street to another adoption agency and had no problems

Kitten payed $125 for. Came with Ringworm, 104°F fever, and Malnourished. What the heck is going on with Watermelon Ranch

I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with you guys on adoption of a kitty I saw at PetSmart. Are you interested in getting these animals in to good homes? Your lack of responsiveness makes it seem like you aren’t.

Very nice 👍 facility. Great staff. Animals well taken care of

I volunteer there on occasion and can tell you they are VERY short staffed and depend entirely on volunteers and donations, so they likely are not prioritizing non-emergent calls. It is MUCH better to go up in person or go into the resale shop/adoption center in Cottonwood Mall, Going to the Dogs and Cats. They have a ton to do at the “ranch” and not enough people to do it so taking care of the animals will always come before returning phone calls, and that work is never ending.
They have dogs from puppies to senior. They take the puppies to their events. They have a store at Cottonwood Mall as well as their main ranch in Rio Rancho. The events are usually held at Petsmart at Cottonwood Mall. You should go check them out.
They will if there is room
Everytime I go there they're busy and about 150
The website gives fees and conditions. Wmranch.org/cat-surrender
You're better off calling around or checking the ABQ animal welfare dept. As you are looking for a specific breed, it will be hard find. Good luck.
Make sure you call them first thing in the morning if they don't contact you first
Don't call, Go in person. I would recomend speaking to Kevin or Brigid. They should be able to help.
They do an interview on potential animal parents if your honest with them they can help you find your next fur baby they also have on the older dogs a way to take them home to see if the fire baby fits in your home
kennel staff starts at minimum wage i believe.
You could call them but there is a place with a good reputation called the Canine Country Club on 4th street also you can contact Petsmart
Yep, they even take animals from Rio Rancho Animal Services and Sandoval County and other Governments and organizations in the State that would otherwise be killed. They're really good people. If you ever want to donate to a worthy local charity, this is who I wholeheartedly recommend.
Yes they do .
Consider helping this group w a donation to further their care.
I would call them for a time. Yes they take donations.
It's currently open by appointment. Check out their website to see which animals are available and if there is one you're interested in meeting, you can set up a meet and greet appointment
I do believe so. Also, Pawz to Care does as well. I just had exact situation happen and I split my leftover food and meds between the two. Sorry for your loss.
Unfortunately it does not but you can drive up there Wednesday through sunday and drop it off anytime before 4pm
If you have clear nail polish it will act as a cover may help
I would call and check because it is a pretty far drive.
Only if she's accompanied by an adult I believe
Best thing is to leave an email with the note an your email on it as well they try to get back to you patience is a vertuk k
This is the main facility. They have an adoption location at Cottonwood Mall that just moved store fronts.
11am I believe
Check there website. They have all there animals up for adoption on the website.
Call them. They can give you more information.
Yes you can fill out a app there just a reminder they are closed Monday and Tuesday.
On website I believe there are days that you can just go in .
Surrenders are by appointment only and there is a fee to surrender your pet.
Yes, they can! There are some jobs you can’t do unless you’re 16 (I think it’s 16), but they can use all the help they can get! You need to attend the orientation they do there, it’s only about 30 minutes and they’ll show you around too. You can also volunteer at the location inside Cottonwood Mall.
