Took my sister who had recently lost her fur baby of 14 years. She now has a new 5 year old puppy and both are much happier.

Went here to ask about adopting 1 of 4 puppies this humane society had as a birthday present for my girlfriend. They responded with as I should have already known that they had over 200 applications for them. They then let us walk around the rooms where the dogs were at and walked towards a door that apparently had the puppies and one of the workers basically scolded us telling us that we couldn't be there. If they didn't want us in certain areas of the facility then they need to be marked "off limits".I don't know how that place is still in business when they don't let anyone adopt cats or dogs from there. I've been tempted to go back there just to give them my opinion on how they treat customers.

Theres no vet on staff there
Yes it is!
They are all volunteers and there aren't many people. Try to be patient. The lady who runs the place wears about a dozen different hats and she responds to emails and voicemails when time allows.
Local law enforcement
The are an adoption center, not a vet, and most vets will not declawed cats anymore as they feel it is an unnecessary amputation.
They have a variety of dogs! Please check them out. The ladies there are awesome!
No you need bring one.
I don't know. But if they won't take them, I know another animal rescue that will.
No they only take what they have room for. They are completely vetted. Theres no way a non profit could give away free animals
You have to go in to fill out an application.
Good question! Each case of size, beed, age, color, coat, etc.... I love 'em all!!! When it comes to "Man's Best Friend.", personally the final $ will never be as meaningful as the J O U R N E Y! LOL... So, friend... Let the best man succeed.
That place was not good...
We don't do that here. You would have to go to the vet's office too do that.
Can you bring stray there
Oh I know, thank you! I more mean that a neighbor a couple of days ago and left behind 2 cats, I was trying to see if I could do anything for them
My kitten was $25. And you will need a box or carrier to bring it home.
No, there isnt a vet on the premises. But do have numbers to some low cost ones if you call or come in
