Go there when they are open. They have a lot more animals than what is posted online. Fill out an application and once it is approved you can bring your new pet home. They make sure that any other animals that you have are up to date on shots with your vet.

They probably would as long as they had the space for another cat. I had found one wandering around my place and she wasn't doing well at all. They scanned her for a chip to see if she had one, found previous owner info, took her in and gave her medical treatment. They even called me back later giving me an update on how the cat was doing!

Walk into front doors if go in that's first thing run into I doubt they do that because most dont make it that would require alot work to make profiles for animals that will be put to sleep in week

Depends... If you have other animals at home of same species (dogs), they may require a meet n greet. Also whether the animal is spayed or neutered. If they are not, they can either stay until the surgery is done or the shelter may let the animal go home if you agree & sign to bring the animal to get the surgery done, as required by law and adoption agreement.

You either need to call and ask or the best way to find out is to look for their hours and go and see what is available. They are always getting new dogs in so keep checking back till you see one you might like. One of the best for allergies is a Yorks hire terrier but they can tell you other breeds that are suitable.
