They allow walk ins with in their hours of operation. I'd go at least an hour before they close to give them time.
We were allowed to walk in but only 4 people at a time inside. We filled out application to adopt a puppy and received approval that evening and when we called about when we could pick it up, they had sold it out from under us.
They are open to the public Mon-Fri from 12-4 I believe
This was on their FB 2 hrs ago. "Out of an abundance of caution, Rosie’s Southside Animal Shelter will be closed to the public until Friday, April 16th. Unfortunately, a few employees that work closely together have tested positive for Covid. We believe it’s isolated to their area, but want to take extra safety precautions to ensure others have an opportunity to get tested and quarantine if necessary. Our temporary closure to the public will allow us to perform a deep clean and monitor this situation further. We take this situation very seriously and want to protect our employees, family, community and furbabies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding during this time."
Yes they allow walk ins during business hours...No appointment necessary...
