I don't know the number of people but they come and go all day long. Great exercises well can't beat The view.
We went when they first opened up and it was a breeze. Beautiful view. No crowd. We were in the off season too. It was the last week of April.
A lot of people go there at midday. Around 2pm it's bad. People are going up and down this thin staircase. I kept yelling up or down %o the other groups to pull over when I judged that they were at a window because we were getting squished!
It seems like it is very popular mid day
