I was there this past weekend and they're open. So are the showers.
Campgrounds, showers and trails are open. Playgrounds and warer fountains closed. Must reserve online though and have reservations and a WI state park pass.
You will also have to buy an annual park pass online instead of a daily fee. $28 for the year. Not too bad but an unexpected expense.
