Trails were after hard to figure out by the map, but was very relaxing peaceful hiking.

Beautiful park in a quiet setting (except for the neighboring gun club if they're active at the time). A surprising number of trails through the creek valley, including several well-built bridges. I wish the trails were a bit better marked, but still an enjoyable afternoon of hiking!

Like the peace and quiet but the water hydrant in the campground does not work and could use some improvements in the restroom area for a sink or some type of running water. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Not much to the park and it looks like parts have been abandoned. Has a really nice lodge at one end of the park and some cute swings and benches.

Not sure why Estherville hasn't modernized the camp site, I think it would help the park's and requation out of there was an actual running water bathroom at the camp site, but Estherville is more worried about relocating the swimming pool right now and they just got done putting a sidewalk in a flood zone along the river last year.
