This place is below average. The sand traps are not taken care of and are grown over with grass. They are unplayable. If you land in one you have to pick up your ball and place it somewhere. As of July the restrooms are now open.

The course was in decent shape but bunkers were horrible. I have been going to Tunica twice a year with 6 to 7 other guys for the last 12 years. We golf here at least twice a year. I have never been treated so bad by a golf course EVER!! From the (lady) which is nice compared what I would like to call her from the way she treated us. We had 8 players and spent close to $400. When we got there she was very hateful!!! There was 3 other cars in the parking lot so it wasn’t busy. We had a 9th guy that came with us but he couldn’t play because he was having shoulder surgery the next week so he was just riding with us the prior 2 days without issues. She told us we had to pair up in the carts because they busy(LIE) and they needed the carts. Which was fine we always do. We just had an extra cart because of our 9th that couldn’t even swing a club. She came out in the first tee and started yelling at us telling us we have to bring back the cart and pair up carts. We asked her how much just to let him ride? She charged $40 which was ridiculous. We did it the last 2 days at other courses without a charge. I could see if they were busy I would understand. When we were on the first hole we counted 6 carts with single riders in the same group so that was BS!! There 3 cars in the parking lot with probably 20 empty carts after we got ours. When we left there were only our cars left in the parking lot . We were there Tuesday at 12:30 so they weren’t busy. That’s why we go there twice a year on a Monday or a Tuesday because they aren’t busy. I will never go there again unless that hateful women gets fired!!!

This course is a real winner, the course and greens were in very good condition the bunkers are all GUR so not a problem. The staff as always are very welcoming. We will always visit and play here when anywhere in the area.

I was able to play with a group at Riverbend over the Labor Day weekend. Wow! The course was in great shape! Very obvious the staff has put a lot of time and effort into getting the course in shape.
