My sister and I stayed in the hotel with reservations for 3 nights. On the 2 nd morning housekeeping tried to get in our room 2 times and I informed the we were not checking out until the next day. The front desk then called and informed me we had turned our keys in at 615 am and we’re scheduled for checkout. I informed her I had both keys in my hands and we had reservations for another night. She then insisted my sister, (name on the reservation) call her immediately ( she was in the shower). My sister called and the front desk told her we only had reservations for 2 nights and since we had made reservations on line we did it wrong. So my sister ( with wet hair) had to go downstairs to show her the confirmation email. Once she was at the front desk the clerk told her “ I don’t need to see your email”. Evidently they had not charged the 3 rd night at our check in. She never apologized for the mix up ( which was their error) the multiple wake ups or explained why the reason kept changing. She was cold and rude. The other personnel were great, from the guards to the waitresses to the housekeepers. We like Sams Town and will stay there again and hopefully see someone different at the front desk.

Made reservations online with Sam's Town login--was fast & easy. For check-in just gave our name and desk gave us the key!Lots of Senior Citizens and just enough of a crowd to be relaxing but fun. Not much for restaurants: a very expensive steakhouse and a Cafe. We chose the cafe: clean, good assortment and fast service. Try the BBQ sandwich and fries--really good. Hollywood's is across the street otherwise some distance to other casinos. Personally, I would go here again.

We stayed in the RV park. It's always clean and quiet. I'd give 5 stars but Sam's Town still doesn't have live entertainment like they used to. It's one of the things we enjoy. With other casinos in the area having the entertainment I think less people visit Sam's Town unless you're looking for a quiet night out. Overall tho, we love to visit Sam's Town so we'll be back.

The room me and my family stayed in needed an update. The air conditioning only blowed on one side of the room. The paint was chipping off the walls in the bathroom. One of the lamps in didn’t have a light bulb. The soda machines on almost every floor were either out of order or sold out. The arcade almost half the games were out of order. At least the food we had was good. This was definitely a first and last for me.

Yes
Im not sure honestly but mine fits in my purse so hes allowed lol
Yes
You will get maybe $5 or $10 free play
The quote may be based on a certain check-in/check-out date (Weekends usually have a higher rate because of larger crowds). I always book online, because booking online allows you to see the rate, the fees, taxes etc. up front.
Yes they do. However with crona bathrooms/showers are closed in RV park. Washer and dryer were open when we were there mid. Aug 2020. Just fyi- almost all buffets are closed. Fyi-free rooms at sams town are doubled in rv park.
Yes u can smoke everywhere in the casino an in rooms
Not required about a month ago...I won $900 on Quick Hits machine!
Actually no one under 18 is supposed to be allowed in the Hotel so I can guess that is why...
There is outside parking besides their parking garage. Rv's, etc.
Straight from the Sam's Tunica Website: 24-hour front desk ATM/banking Accessible bathroom Arcade/game room Billiards or pool table Breakfast available (surcharge) Casino Coffee shop or café Computer station Concierge services Conference space Dry cleaning/laundry service
Was in campground so cannot answer, but good bet.lol
No the buffet is not open yet
there is food. Smokey Joe's is very good. Big portions. Clean
Yes, you can smoke inside the casino. Plus, you can ask for a smoking or non-smoking room.
Sams town is barely open Spam bisque may be available
No. No buffet either. Smokey Joe's 8 to 11 and trains Friday and Saturday
Gold Strike has a great breakfast buffet. It is about 4 miles away.
Yes
It wasn't open this weekend. You can go been there and order food but the buffet I guess because of covid-19 related issues is not actually a buffet.
No
Sam
Yes sam's is pet friendly
I believe so because I see people with dogs often but I would ask to be sure
I think there is a campground as you enter Fitzgeralds casino...
Yes they are mini suites would be your best deal but the price is very higher on the weekend much cheaper Sunday through Thursday but you can Google it and call Sam's Town direct and check for exact prices but like I said through the week they are very reasonable and the rooms are amazing just look it up on their website enjoy
I would say that it is discouraged because guests must be 21+ to use the swimming pool. Horseshoe is 21+ for the pool. Hollywood I think allows kids but only during certain hours. We stay at Gold Strike, and their pool is 18+ so they discourage kids staying as well (even though I see kids there in the lobby). There is really nothing to do in Tunica besides the casinos. If you decide to bring kids, I recommend staying at Westgate or a local hotel where it is more family friendly than the casino hotels.
Don't know anything about it.
I was there at 11:00 . they had a room that was not used the day before. They let me go ahead and Check in. Like
Yes the will I've seen people with it on,, but they still smoke inside where the machines are,, so be careful if you have trouble with the smoke and good luck at winning,, l lost big time the last time l was there
Be they have smoking rooms
Idontunderstand the question
You gain tier points the more you play. It enables you to receive cash back.
I don't know I have never seen pets there in my 20 something years I have been going.
Not sure but I think so
Not really other than eat. Lol
Saturday night
I am too . But I wasn't noticed lol
No, but there's two other casinos within walking distance of Sam's.
Not sure, I know they used to have a poker room on the second floor but not sure if it's even still there. I would call the property to be sure.
Yes, the best sports book in Robinsonville, too. It is it's own lounge, not in the middle of the casino like the other places.
I'm not sure if it's available call the front desk to check
Open floor
Yes, as of 10-19-18 they do. Just played on it today!
