Nice casino however, my boyfriend and I have stayed there on 3 different occasions within the last 3-4 months and each and EVERY time, the air conditioning in the room has not been working. The 1st visit someone came and "fixed" it and we barely made it through the weekend in a not so cool room. On the second visit after being told that there were no rooms available, we were finally moved to another room. And on the 3rd visit which was just this past weekend, the room was hot so we decided to only stay one day. I'm sure whether we ever decide to visit this particular casino again doesn't really matter since business will go on as normal, with or without us, but a hot room EVERY time is a bit concerning. Again, nice resort but there has to be an issue with the air at this point.

Worst casino experience I have ever had and I’ve been to several. Run down, filled with cigarette smoke, lazy employees. Sat at a machine with my service light on for over 20 min after alerting 3 employees before anyone would help me. Bathrooms were disgusting with fecal matter on the walls. Will never go back and should have known better being in the south and the mentality of the area. I’ll stick to better casinos up north where they treat everyone like VIP and take pride in their establishments.

The positive; the hotel itself is decent. When new this was a well decorated hotel and casino. The negatives; some things are easy to control, such as first impressions. Lots of trash around the parking lot. Front desk personnel should be welcoming and friendly, unfortunately she was far from friendly, border line rude. Since the hotel is 6 miles from the nearest restaurant, we had planned on eating at the hotel buffet, but the buffet is not open. We drove back to town because the only restaurant option in the hotel was a grill with limited seating. Management is not interested in customer satisfaction. At checkout the next morning, the front desk personnel did not ask how about our stay, nor did the email I received thanking us for our stay.

We stayed at their hotel for one night and it was pretty nice, it looked clean for the most part. They also do not include microwaves in the rooms. I did see some unwiped surfaces and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned too well. I'm afraid the beds comforter wasn't washed properly. Besides that, it was great! They offer plenty of amenities and it was such a good experience. The casino itself was nice, very luxurious looking. They had a lot of things to look at and it was definitely Hollywood themed. I do think COVID hit them hard though, there was barely anyone at the casino or hotel. Pretty much all the casinos in Tunica have been struggling.

Ooen 24/7 the only time they closed was for a flood they sn that was 3 or 4 years ago.
Yes
Yes ma'am, they have some $5-high rollers tables.
Yes they do. Behind the casino.
I think it's on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Yes there is a Jacuzzi in the swimming area ALSO we stay in the Mary Pickford suite and it has a Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. All the suites we've stayed in have the Jacuzzi tub. Regular rooms, as far as I know, have only the regular tubs. Hope this helped. Good Luck!!
If you know the amount or have sheet they gave you just use that.
They have a microwave down by the elevators on the 1st floor next to the vending machine
The food is terrific you would love it they have a super Thanksgiving bar Buffet it is so big the food is terrific
No
Yes ,the Casino is but I do not have Infor on the hotel .
Yes
Yes
This casino has a self serve soda and coffee machine which is free (and a nice touch). For alcoholic drinks, they have cocktail waitresses that come around to serve players. It is customary to tip them.
No
Refrigerator yes in room, microwave no, but there is one in lobby area near the elevators. I believe by South tower? Great place. Gr8 service.
Saturday and Sunday / breakfast ! Great food, good selection ! Try it !
I had a good time
Yes it is , it's barely 4ft deep . The hot tub is almost as deep. Don't forget to turn the knob on the wall behind the hot tub for the jets to activate .
Iam not sure,. Sorry Would guess it's servic by a separate company.
Less than the other casinos in the area. A lot of older ones compared to the other casinos as well. I would say like around 100? I'm just guessing though.
Two women spent theirs on the machines within 24 hours
I couldn't tell you I told try asking a manager or host for that information.
Yes
No long lines ,yes hotel open, just only serving limited foods no buffet yet and pools and stuff are closed
I only visited the Hollywood hotel/casino to gamble while I was in Tunica, Ms. : I went to several other casino's while I was in Tunica and believe the Hollywood casino's staff was the best for general customer service.
So sorry that your experience with them wasn't good..it's a shame how they want people to come when their casino looks abanded ..due to their flooding issues no wonder they be closing..my favorite is Downstream..
St Charles across the bridge at the court house.
You'll probably have to look on their website I'm not sure
Sorry.. No idea.. Call please
I don't know but they have wonderful food.
Never stayed there .
No you gotta register
No, but why not call and ask them to have their Housecleaning Staff to find out for you? That way they could go to the same room, same bed and look at the very tag on the bed for the information you want. Hope you had a great time.
You'll be able to get to it.
There is also a cafe on the casino floor that has good choices of food...
They can walk through to the restaurant or to the hotel part but not to watch you gamble.
Idknow,I don't play tables
Almost 20 yrs ago i think
No The Grand use to have like a kiddie arcade. But unfortunately they're closed now.
Hollywood requires a $50 incidental charge on a debit or credit card that is placed back on the card upon checkout. Plus they also have a resort fee I don't recall how much it is per night.
I really can't answer that. Sorry to say it never crossed our minds to investigate that aspect of the building.
Time for teens end at 5 and for adults at 11
Dont have golf course need to drive-about 10 min. to Tunica national golf course.
Didn't stay there but the staff in the casino weren't very friendly. The 2 people at the front door just looked at us as we came in and didn't respond when I said hello.
I don't think so. They do have some Elvis clothing and a car from one of his movies on display. There could be an Elvis slot. I know Resorts has one. It's next door to Hollywood.
That is if it's your 1st time gaming.
No game room . Was really surprised about that to. But they do have a indoor pool.
Sorry wasn't paying attention to movie theater. Was having to much me time😀 will look into it for sure
