Couldn't use my "freeplay" after depositing $$$. Even the workers couldn't figure out why!!! Penn gaming is in trouble financially in my opinion. I hope the same guy that owned President casino isn't in charge!! Only casino stock I bought that went bankrupt!! (Circa 1995). Connelly took the city of St. Louis not once but twice with the Admiral!!! Never even got prosecuted but that was during the Clinton administration 🤔

Pretty nice casino. Had a good time, and the slots were hitting decent. There's no food to speak of, (other than sandwiches) during the day. There's thousands of places to lose money and 3 or 4 to cash out tickets and normally half of those aren't working. It's a trick they all use hoping you'll just put it in a slot while you're waiting in a huge ticket redemption line. Not a bad little spot though.

We like coming here for more for a low key experience. I'm sure it gets packed on the weekend but it's clean, quiet and just comfortable to walk around in. Plus I somehow managed to win on the slots here every time, I don't miss🤑🤑 the drinks are so good..I pull up the recipe for my favorite & they make it with no problem. Thank you
Why can't you redue the computer so that other people can be called? Our money is the same as the ones that you say the computer is picking. That practice is unfair. It was not like this before Jackie Pindar came into the picture

Does anyone answer phones there? I have tried since 12:10 to get reservations for the cruise on the Feb 1 . It keeps saying position 2 then after 5 & 6 minutes I hang it . I just now got thru to someone after the 5th time transfer me to Denise got
Liked Ballys better. 1st Jackpot has cut my meals & snack bar. Don't like that..They cut my free slot play by a 3rd, really makes ne not want to go. there is no incentive anymore.
