Beautiful state park, the trails to the falls are fairly easy and not too long. The hike up to the observation tower is steep, and the view in the summer is blocked by all the trees. Looking forward to trying it again in the spring or fall when the foliage isn’t so dense.

This is one of my favorite state parks. The trail to the falls is beautiful and generally easy if you're mobile. It's about a 1.5 mile loop that is well maintained and almost completely shaded. There are a series of bridges that take you back and forth over the river and boardwalks that take you to multiple lookout points. There are two sections of steep/uneven stairs (I think we counted 73 on one side) that might be tougher if you're not as mobile, but there are little spots where you can stop for a breather if necessary. There are also pit toilets along the loop and flush toilets at the trail head. Don't pass up this hike if you're in the area!

terrific spot to photograph and admire waterfalls. Red granite falls were my personal favorite, as you can get close to the water. mosquitoes can be a bit aggressive / thick but nothing that long sleeves and lots of bug spray can't handle. personally I bring a neck gator for those moments when they get really bad to cover my mouth and nose.

Beautiful trails and views. Could get lost here all day, so many trails and beautiful views to take in. Falls are nice. Have not camped here, but hiked through and sites look really nice. Also has a nice little beach. Just a great place to spend the day or weekend.

Yes, I was there this past Sunday and it looked like it was all still closed off but I did see the camp sites. 🙃
There is only one trail that they allow dogs on. I believe it is the Red granite trail.
There is a small field not on the trail that is not really dog friendly i was pretty disappointed. That being said its an amazingly beautiful trail. But every other waterfall within 2 hours was better for my dog
Not sure about burgers but they had some gatorade and pizza for sure at the doughboy trail concession stand.
