Great! You’re welcome to request a free 15 minute phone consult by contacting me through my website or calling me.

Yes, with some exceptions, such as, I am mandated to report if I believe a client is a danger to themselves or others or if I believe child or elderly abuse is happening.

How can I pay?

I accept cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. If paying by credit card, payment can be made via PayPal two hours prior to the session, giving me time to receive PayPal’s confirmation.

Do you take my insurance?

I am not on any insurance panels nor do I bill insurance. This is my way of keeping the work we do together private and free from interference. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement. On request, I’m happy to provide an itemized, paid invoice at the end of each month which you can use to file claims.

What are your fees?

$225 for 45 minute individual sessions $275 for 60 minute couples sessions

What happens if I miss a session?

Continuity of the work is very important. I ask that people come at least once a week, preferably on the same day and time so that we each work it into our regular weekly schedule. Experience tells me that when sessions are not fixed, clients end up missing them (having a negative impact on the therapy process) or they schedule themselves out of therapy altogether. I appreciate the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice if you will not be able to attend a scheduled appointment. On request, I’ll do my best to reschedule or we can switch to a phone or video session. However, regardless of whether or not you’ve given such notice you will be charged my full fee for missed appointments beyond 2 free absences per year.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone works at their own pace. Therapy is an investment in yourself of time, money and energy and how long it takes depends on numerous factors, such as, your motivation to do the work, frequency of sessions and the specific issues involved.
