The receptionists do not have professionalism, they speak badly to patients, they do not respect them, they refer to patients as if they were giving them a service, they speak with a bad attitude, they should take a course on how to treat customers, and that is very unfortunate.

PLEASE don't go here WORST place ever! The doctor is the most uncaring doctor I've ever met she is just a mess, I don't know how this woman can be called a doctor..I got a feeling she had severe mental issues by the way she carries herself, this office is a joke, she would forget that we talked on the phone, when it had only been a day or so..if you love your family member do not take them to her, they are unorganized, uncaring thankfully I took my mom to another neurologist that as close by called complete neurology they actually have helped my mom, the doctor was nice and explained everything, and there was barely any waiting..unlike this place which you will wait for hours..DON'T GO HERE PLEASE

I went to Casilda once. I will admit, she’s a sweet person and takes her time with you. Yes the wait line is long and you will be there way longer than expected, however, it’s been a week since she sent out my medications for my severe insomnia and the pharmacy has constantly told me that they are still waiting for her confirmation. I have called and emailed her several times and no response, this is very unprofessional and unfortunate because like I said she’s a very nice person but I’ll just have to find another neurologist who’s consistent because I don’t get that here.
