I have signed medical and vision releases for renewal of my license by mail. Can I bring that paperwork into the Fallon office and get a renewal, or do I need to mail it?

If you come to the office in person, you don't need the releases. You only need those to renew by mail.

The releases tell you it's renewal by mail. I don't understand the confusion. The documents are different.
