When listing our home, we realized the tax listing had it marked as built in the wrong year— by several decades! I called to figure out how to fix it so that we could post an accurate listing, and Cindy (sp?) was a delight! Within 15 minutes or so, she called me back and everything was squared away. Thank you so much! I was afraid I would have to somehow get to and dig through boxes we’d packed and shipped to out new house, but they made it painless. 10/10, wonderful people to work with.

You get those at the County Clerk's Office. They are on the lower level of 319 N Maple St. The also have a location in Smyrna off Weakley Lane.

The rate does not decrease but if you meet income requirements you may have the taxes frozen.

A property on Double Springs rd in Murfreesboro appears to be abandoned. Are back taxes owed on this, or is the property available?
