Ordered seedlings, order was incorrect. They refunded only the trees, did not refund any shipping or offer to send the correct trees. Said I could reorder IF trees in stock.

Arborist from Md. here, as long as it's not impeding the flow of water, say for instance in a stream or river it's usually ok, check your local laws & regulations before you tear the contractor's head off...
