Terrible office. Called so many times I’m surprised my phone still works. Left voicemails too; no call back. I’ve only ever gotten a call back from when I first tried to get benefits; that’s it. Do better.

They do not answer. The staff at the Danville office are rude. While I’m at work I can’t answer my phone and specifically told them hours I can and they called me before those hours. This is extremely frustrating!

They never answer their phones you can call them and leave as many messages for a staff to call you back and they do not. They do not even respond to their emails. This place is a joke! Case Workers are so lazy, so slow, sloppy, and do not do their jobs!

No. As of the 6th of July there r closed. Have to call or go on line
They used to always accept walk-ins. Now there are so few caseworkers there may not be anyone to see you. Make an appointment.
