You can get a hard copy and I think I saw some near the exit. I remember grabbing one for CDL

I believe you need a birth certificate, social security card. Also, I believe you need something showing a proof of your current address, like a utility bill.

I think plates have to do with vehicle registration so it has to do with the county. If you are in Dallas county it will have to be in Adel.
My husband's license expires on June 7th, however we can't get an appointment until Jun14th. Will he have to take a written test?

Between 3& 4 weeks --- but they give you a temp. License -- B & W ; as a temporary until it's mailed to you.

In the comment section type something. NA. It won't let u complete it without something. Plus they are polite but need more training. Still had to go to Ankeny to get my license. Thank God there was available appointment's the same day.

My license exoired on 4-20-20. I received and extension to 10-20-20. I have tried to make an appt and there are none available. I have also tried to renew online or at a kiosk and it says I am not eligible. What do you suggest I do? Thank you.

Get on the appointment website every morning between 8 and 9 am they have cancellations and open new appointments every morning.
I have an appointment to get a Real ID on 16th. The one peice of ID i have a question about is my birth certificate. Mine does not have a raised seal but says ..."This is a certified copy " and is signed. Is that sufficient?

Are you only entering the last two numbers of your birth year? I had the same issue before I realized I didn't need to. I would just enter someone else's cell number. They never called me, only sent the reminders through email.
