I would imagine so cuz they have so many. If they weren't they would have a mess on their hands. I don't know for sure cuz I am only interested in the cats. Good luck and thanks for going to the Animal Center to get your new friend |:-)
It's pretty easy to potty train a dog, just ask a counselor if they known if the dog is trained or not, and how to train them
When we went to find a new dog, quite a few of the dogs did have house-training listed. They seem to have foster owners work with the dogs and provide some training for no jumping, leashes, and potty training.
The best way to find that out is to go to the center and start meeting some dogs, even better, volunteer to walk them!!!
Yes there are many! Make sure to ask about adopting a foster because they will most likely be potty trained!
A lot of these animals have come from homes but the workers do not have time to housebreak the dogs. Some of them might know from previous home training but when they are here they spend most of their time in one space. They get walks but putting in time and effort to train a dog is an owner's responsibility.
