If you surrendered the pets, there is a possibility they have already been adopted. You will need to speak to Customer Service, but if you want them back, i would recommend going in asap, because they could get adopted while you are waiting.

You're beat bet to speak to someone at the shelter is to call 311. Tell them you want to leave a message for shelter staff regarding animals for adoption. My experience has been a call back within 24hrs.
