I adopted Vivor ( Servior) about a year ago he had been through a lot of trauma. They had to remove his back leg. He still had staples and stiches when I brought him home. Great pet! I commend Austin animal shelter. 10,000nd stars.Vivor is a 🐱.

They might mail dog tags but they will give you them if you go there personally
