Hi, that is so true, they need to hire new and more postal workers for that post office. Packages are never delivered by the postal workers that deliver the mail. Only the postal workers who drive the trucks deliver the mail. Really ridiculous, the wait time and lines at the post office. I hope they make changes to make it better for the public.

Did the same thing to me they said they tried to deliver twice which was a lie because I am always home since my kids do remote learning. The second time they said they left a notice which was also a lie went to check and nothing was there. I scheduled a redelivery and they canceled it without even letting me know. Now another case has been opened and I still got no call back. My ID is expired so I have been calling my local post office to see if I can take another form of evidence of address but I guess no one works there because the phone is not answered in the morning or afternoon. I will probably have to go to the hassle of going to this post office and waiting 3 hours to then be told they cant give me my package. I dont know how many complaints it's going to take for these people to be reported or given better training.
