A window clerk by the name of John V was probably the best postal. Employee I’ve encountered in my lifetime, He explained EVERYthing well and was very courteous. Every customer service based business needs people like John. Went back again and received good service from another window clear. They’re onto something at this location

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Chatty women behind the counter don’t even look at you in the eyes, extremely rude every time I come here. It’s like they can’t be bothered and customers are like ants to them. Today clerk #17 (don’t know her name) was demeaning and spoke very rudely to me. She was the same woman who yelled at a customer in front of me last time who didn’t speak good English and was confused at who she was calling next in line to. Everyone in the post office could hear her yelling at an innocent customer. SHAME ON HER!!!

Yes you can sign a document that states his name and you giving him permission to pick it up. He needs ID that matches thr name you wrote and to have the same address.
If you already have a valid passport then just fill out the application, not the whole application just the renewal part and the current passport book itself as well. Pay the renewal fee and mail in the application along with the current/old passport.
Walk ins for what? If you're talking about a passport, the answer is no. You can call the station ahead of time and they will either make an appointment for you or allow you to walk in

IS there a close off time here to renew passport is 6pm too late. I've been calling for three days just to ask this question and the phone just keep ringing out no one picking up .

They do not answer phones, 6 pm is too late, you have to be there waiting on line before they close
