The staff really doesn’t even try to help you I have a disability and the woman caught an attitude saying “how am I supposed to know that” after I explained I wasn’t understanding the process. They need ppl with social training working there.

Very rude worker all I needed was to drop some mails and she told me to drop off at the outside mailbox. I had to walk over to the Knickerbocker post office station. 0 customer support at the Clinton office.
