It seems to be alot of problems getting mail. They will mark packages as delivered that were never delivered to me, then you make a complaint and most times no one gets back to you and if anyone does nothing is done about it. They're also not delivering packages and are lying about the amount of delivery attempts. You can be home all day and no one never knocks or ring the bell, but you'll get a "sorry we missed you" email. How do you miss someone that is home expecting you. I guess the new moto is "Your mail, your lost". Funny how it's a crime if anyone tampers with someone's mail except when it's the post office. I have had mail packages delivered ripped open and empty. Wow thanks for the empty box or bag, would of been nice to receive the inner contents of it. Also what is the point of being able to reschedule a redelivery if they're not going to redeliver much less inform you about it. You'll get a confirmation for redelivery and wait for it to never happen. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done about it.
