Cancelled hold mail and the lady didn't even confirm to me if it was cancelled when I was standing in front of her. She's always not clear of what is she doing. Wasted customers' time.

I came in to the post office they were two people in front of me there has been a woman at the window for 15 minutes just shooting the breeze with the customer service person in Spanish. The line behind me has already developed and everybody is very irate. I knew I should drive a little further and go to a post office in a different neighborhood. I always make this mistake. Once again I’m going to say never again

Sorry, no idea. You would have to take the Mail to the post office so they can weigh it and give you the right priced stamp.
Go to your local post office. Fill out a yellow hold card. It's good for 30 days.
