Very poor service overall. Constantly get other people’s mail after marking that those people do not live here; I have had several issues with packages that either was never put on the van or they are marked delivered with specific instructions when it wasn’t even delivered; and the workers honestly DGAF and careless.

My mail carrier Rose delivers my package at the wrong address so I called Curtis the supervisor who advised me to call him back and now he NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. So good luck if your package is stuck here. No one will help you. Call usps and put in a claim.

WITH ROCHDALE POST OFFICE ALL YOU CAN DO IS PRAY GOOD LUCK THE WORSE POST OFFICE IN QUEENS YOU CALL YOU GET A BUSY SIGNAL ALL THE TIME . I GO TO VALLEY STREAM POST OFFICE THE DIFFERENCE IS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY. I LOVE GOING THERE IT MIGHT BE A1/2 HOUR DRIVE BUT IT IS WORTH IT. EVEN IF ROCHDALE POST OFFICE. IS 5 MINUTES FROM ME.ITS SHITY SERVICE
