Worst distribution center in the entire US. very lazy and slow employees. They process packages not even for several days, but for several weeks. They often lose packages, although they may just be stealing. Not professional. Mr lazy manager who does not affect his employees in any way. They live on our taxes, but do nothing. I think everyone who has problems with them should unite and sue!

Credit card has been stuck at this location for about two weeks. These people don’t do their jobs at Ozone Park Carrier Annex. Absolutely terrible, atrocious and everyone working there needs to be investigated.

Yes, it still on transit.... log in on USPS site and track the package.... it maybe there is delay at the depart location.. sure u will get it.

Same here, had an update that I will get my packages on 21st! Since 21st my two packages are stuck at the distribution center. Insane!
I ordered an item on November 30th shipped out December 4th usps claims it’s in transit since December 24th it’s January 26 and I have yet to receive my package. Usps has done nothing to resolve the issue has not contacted the distribution center. Nothing at all! It’s unacceptable at this point. The using Covid as an excuse is just ridiculous!

Try to know if you have a regular driver or carrier. Get to know them if you are a regular customer for sure. You will definitely get better service. The carrier may have scanned the wrong line item.
They probably aren't scanning packages as they should be. If you didn't get on time ask for a refund.
I work at the dps at forbell i as well had a similiar problem most likely your mail is being looped around it can be either the address or also another package is suspect u need to track n see the exact message they are giving with the package also call the 800 n see

If it is an over seas package I have a feeling the package was not scanned. I've had that many times in the past few years with packages from overseas.

It takes a while to here back from the results of who will get a second interview. It can take up to a month or so. They will email you if you are chosen.
