I watched a poor old lady get bullied out of this store by the desk attendant because she asked about how to write a return label. USPS getting cutthroat these days. Clean building tho.

My package is being returned to the sender because these inefficient people couldn’t deliver. There was no address issues but still tagged as one and did not deliver my item. Now they aren’t even picking up the phone so I can pick it up in person. Why is USPS still in business, I don’t know..should be shut down. Most unhelpful employees ever.

They just have one person working in the window and is very slow, seems to be tired, and is kind of rude. I wait a long line for nothing, just for being dismissed very fast (for that it was quick).

Only if you rent a post office box. And you can receive packages from FedEx and ups by using our street addressing service. It's a free service you can activate when you you open your p.o. box.
The post office does not see these comments. Also any package that is not delivered to the apartment and held at the post office is actually held at a different post office not this one. This one does not hold any mail except for PO Boxes.
