Yeah they don’t never bring my packages. They need a drop off site where we can go pick up our packages instead of going to the post office

I understand how you feel, but if they shut down the post office how would people receive mail and packages. What about mailing things, buying stamps, passports. There is a better solution than to shut it down. Talk to supv

Worst, worst, delivering to wrong address or not delivering at all. Rude, liars. Unprofessional it was delivered to the wrong address. The person called to alert me but in order to get her rightful package she had to return mines, I went to her home. I saw it. She took it back to the post office, I went in the next day to collect it, the lady tell me it is not there. I called back the woman who wrongfully received it to go with me, she did. They told her point blank to her face that it is not there she may be mistaken, she pointed out the person who took it and handed her the rightful packet, the thief say no, no not me. It was a beautiful pair of shoes for a 50th wedding anniversary. I called the company and they told me they cannot issue a refund because it was already delivered take it up with the post master general, I just got too much run around so I let it go. So sad.

I know how that can be, but it is so much packages there sometimes you can overlook people packages. I worked there in the summer. Its not about training.

We don't process renewals. You have to mail it in to the address on the application. Children cannot renew. You have to make an appt and start over

Usually anyblicture form of ID would suffice for package collection. I wouldn't recommend a marriage certificate though!

Yikes .. uhhh you can go to the postal website and file a formal complaint or you can go to your station and speak with management or a supervisor and make the complaint with them.

Unfortunately, I'm too familiar with this problem. They will claim that package was delivered when it was not. Sometimes they will claim that attempt was made, but they leave no notice. Service in 11208 is generally unsatisfactory.

I think you can because my mother in law has picked up a few boxes for my husband we have the same mailing address just tell your son to bring your ID
