had several packages "DELIVERED" which isnt true I have stood at the mail box and at my door and packages never been attempted to be delivered and been told by driver it's not on my truck get to the post office and my package is on the truck. LIES.

Unfortunately, I'm too familiar with this problem. They will claim that package was delivered when it was not. Sometimes they will claim that attempt was made, but they leave no notice. Service in 11208 is generally unsatisfactory.
