I mostly drop off prepaid packages. Very quick for me. There’s a lady that comes out the door ever so often and takes all the pre paid packages. But every time I go I notice a line. Due to the one teller working. Other then that, Place is cleaner then the Maspeth post office. Never had an issue with the staff. And street parking is free.

Although this is not my home post office, I usually come to Middle Village as I've never had a problem with a delivery when I used them for my now closed Ebay business or personal endeavors. I have known Anna for many years and I can safely say she is one of the warmest persons you will come across. Today, I came to her with an unconventional problem that I exacerbated by having a bad Internet connection that was not at all her fault. She could not have been nicer in going out of her way to help me. Anybody else would have given up but her outreach was inspirational. I clearly have a lot to learn from her as I confess I do not have much patience with people at times. Anna treats everybody with respect, dignity and transparency. There are persons who seem to become galvanized when they realize they can make somebody's day. The only reason United States Postal is still around is because of the dedication, discipline and generosity of kindness that is the embodiment of Anna's graceful personality. This interpersonal magic comes but once in a lifetime. Thank you again Anna.

This is the worst post office EVER! Never in my life saw such a bunch of nasty workers. I switched to another post office.

Theresa, I find it hard to believe the ENTIRE route was not done on Thursday. The problem. Is: A) mailman came and you didn't see him and get anything B) your important letter is arriving Friday or Saturday It is incorrect to first assume no service. Incorrect and a little bit ugly.. Everyone understands waiting for something important

They only accept renewal, you need to go to other location for for first time application.
Yes if UPS already dropped it off go on the internet put in the tracking number, or call UPS and they'll tell you where they're holding your package
Yes we do it's just to mail out a renewal
It takes 7 to 10 days before you're forwarding will take effect you might be still getting 3rd class mail and standard mail at your old residence but until that time you shouldn't be getting any mail especially first class mail when you do so everything will be forwarded to your new address
