Massey has to be the most miserable person that works there. I just went in with a small box to mail out for Father's Day. I had written the address and return address on the box as this woman has yelled at me in the past for bringing in packages without writing the address on them. When I gave her the box, she asked, where is the label supposed to go? I pointed to the many other sides of the box. She said it has to go on the same side as where the address is written. I said ok let's see what it looks like. Then she said she's not supposed to take the box if it doesn't have a full return address on it. It had my address but not my name. I said, OK will you accept this then or should I take it somewhere else. She said, you can do whatever you want. This location is convenient because it's next to my work but I will not be going back.

Had to mail something out after buying a box at City Papery. Only 1 self service machine and it was out of service. When I told the attendant he didn’t seem surprised. Was friendly but said I would have to write the address on the box . I said that was messy and he said I could purchase a label :-z I ended up walking to one on 34th street where both machines were also out of service
