The one star is because there are a few workers there that are amazing. But generally, this place has years of abusing customers, losing packages, being rude to customers, terrible hours, closing the doors before time, long lines, etc. Evidently, the USTPO doesn't really care about customer service. No wonder the USPTO is being forced to close locations, sell or rent once valuable real estate assets. On the slave plantation the slaves got the worst govt service. Even with the gentrification of modern hoods, the same mistreatment is occurring, even for the new Karens and Kens that move into the hoods where USPTO locations exist. It breaks my heart that the few good workers are stuck working in such facilities until retirement age. Good luck humanity, our governments have to do a better job providing quality service to all Americans.

Whoever the carrier is, refuses to come upstairs to deliver the packages. I don’t understand, and they don’t have a number listed to contact them. I guess they just generally don’t care.

Worst Post office ever. The staff is rude and unreliable. A bunch of thieves.
