344 Avenue U/Brooklyn NY 11223: They have signs for line 1 and line 2; Line 1 is for pre-paid drop off and line 2 is for the rest of the service. there were 3 agents and they were not following their own regulations - calling people from main line only. When I asked why they are not calling people with pre-paid labels (which only takes less than 20 seconds to drop off pre-paid package) - out of blue appeared supervisor told me go back to main line and I will be called. How will she know I have pre-paid package? What is the point doing it at home and then waste your time standing in line? She was very rude and refused to give her name. I went back in line and people were shocked the way she talked to me. Very bad service - Lucky they are still in business... You see 1 star only because I can't post comments without giving them 1 star. Horrible!!!!

Terrible customer service! Fat Female agents one with glasses is rude! She needs to fired or coached daily! AllAgent who’s been there forever are nasty and miserable and rude to customers. It’s like they are doing me a favor. Only nice person is Chinese lady Cindy I think is her name. Everyone else needs to be fired. I hope that USPS sees this message and all others. It’s a consistent mess at this location.

WORST service ever . 10 windows ONE worker . DIANE is a nasty rude know it all arrogant person . Works very slow on purpose , 20 people on line no one cares . I arrived at 8:45 AM heard many workers in the back , knocked on the door no one even bothers to open the door inside the Post Office . After waiting 20 minutes finally !! Someone comes out . I ask why is the post office doors open but no one is by the window . Diane answers '' I dont know'' . I gave the pink slip for a package pick up - she spent 20 min in the back then comes out and says its not here - Call the 1-800 # . Wasted almost 1 hour - As i waited for another teller to fill the Priority Mail Envelopes , i overheard another customer saying to Diane , '' You told me yesterday its on the truck - But the mailman said its in the post office '' She ignored him and said i dont know and rang the bell for the next customer . The gentleman went to the next window where another agent named Mr Patel worked , man hands the pink slip to PATEL after 3 min he comes out with the package . i Decided to go back and wait in line again where there was about 15 people and started noticing people say '' You go ahead i will wait for the '' Gentleman '' . meaning they didnt want to deal with Diane and would rather wait to deal with PATEL . So now my turn comes i end up with PATEL , hand the slip wait the 3 min . Sure enough !!! PATEL found the package . When i told PATEL what happened he shrugged & didnt answer ( cant blame him ) . I showed the DIANE the box and said '' Look what PATEL found !! you wasted 1.5 hours of my time '' . Didnt care at all didnt even answer . Moral of the story is , if you have no choice but to go to this USPS , choose anyone except DIANE . If you have time scan the QR code at the window and make a complaint . Or call the 1-800-ASK-USPS and make a complaint on the phone . A customer told me it works recalling a Supervisor came down once and straightened the place out pre-covid .

Assuming you meant a regular sized envelope, this is what I saw on USPS website: "A USPS overnight flat rate envelope ships to “most places” for only $17.50 regardless of weight or distance. If you can fit it in the envelope, it's only $17.50. UPS and FedEx don't do that, so prices vary depending on what you're sending."

Go to the post office and ask for a hold. They will give you a form to fill out that will state the start and end. This will be given to the regular on your route.
I want to make a appointment for my daughter for passport
Not sure but I do know that they handle passports
