I guess this post office traveled back in time because they used to have a postage printing machine but now it's gone. If you didn't print your label ahead of time get ready to wait in line because only 1 person handling any of the shipping. Wish I knew ahead of time.

You can do it by phone if you have a tracking number. If not they should have left an orange slip in mailbox with an option of resend date.

Go to the Post office where the delivery was made and talk to the manager there and explain. Take your ID with you as proof of your identification.

I know that they have mail box in front ; but that's only if they have posted stamp on it.....! They are open Monday through Saturday' they close at 4:00 pm Saturday
