WASTE OF TIME AND THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE. Would give a negative 50 stars if I could, I booked a passport appointment on a Friday, they never called to tell me that their passport representative NEVER WORKS ON FRIDAYS. I go in for my appointment, wait in a 30 min line to be yelled at when I asked for a manager. The manager of this store is horrifically rude. Cannot believe how she spoke to me and the other people in line…

These are some of the meanest people you will ever meet. Additionally, they don't know how to deliver packages to my apartment. I've spoken to everyone there, I've put the card on my mailbox in brighter/contrasted ink to make it easier to see, I've asked if there's anything I can do, etc. They are incompetent, and the people there will yell at you. I observed one clerk yell at a poor nice man who was just asking where he could recycle some paper bags in the store.

African American lady with big glasses started yelling at me because I brought the packages that were sent to us with wrong address… I thought if I brought them there, they would help me what to do with them… but instead, she got angry & decided no to help me… I tried to explain why I brought it, but for some reason she didn’t like it & her emotions got escalated & told me she doesn’t wanna help me… she asked me to move & started to help next person…. I couldn’t believe what happened… i was in shock & it triggered my emotions… when I was explaining to the supervisor, I couldn’t stop crying:(…… the supervisor was very nice & she told me that she would talk to the lady & how to file complain. After all the drama, I realized this is famous USPS😱🇺🇸 I should have known better & prepared myself…. So please don’t take it personally!!! Maybe try different locations, or take a DEEP breath & set your happy ending before you step in💫🙏🏼

Honestly, I had never had to deal with such a nightmare in my life. If you need to get your passport done, please go elsewhere. These people have no respect for anyone or themselves for that matter. I walked out of there seriously heartbroken.

The post office always been a great place you know your males and packages and other stuff can be sent to you and if you have a personal PO box also they make sure it be taken care of I compliment all the people who work at the post office doing a great job
