Don't expect any courtesy at this location. Very rude and moody women who are unfit for customer service.

It has literally the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen at an USPS. Some of the employees yell at you and tell you straight away they won’t do what you’re asking for. There’s arrogance even when you greet them and they don’t greet you back . It’s very depressing

Basically what others have said, terrible customer service, horrible post office. Forgot a pen? They don’t have any. Tape? Nope. Boxes? Hahahaha! Go literally anywhere else it cannot be worse.

Writing about the PO in Manhattanville. The incompetence and ineptitude of the PO knows no bound. They lost a Certified Priority mail containing important documents. They don't care. It's extremely frustrating. What's the use of the PO if they can't even deliver mail properly??? I am not even talking about my regular mail being delivered to my neighbors. And I constantly get mail that is not mine.

Yes I concur
That's a shame
Call the carrier supervisor to speak with route carrier directly to fix issue
I'm having the same issue. This office has lost two packages so far. I'm waiting on one now that has arrived a few days over the weekend but has not been delivered to my PO box. It's ridiculous
Not true!! We work very hard, it's your Neighborhood.
Contact the P.O. in person to make a complaint or ask them to allow you to pick up your mail at P.O. Bring all the postmarked mail you receive in one day as proof of your situation. Keep bugging them too. Best advice from personal experience.
Take the tracking number of your item to one of the clerks at the window & ask them to track it.

If there are those of can renew
It depends on the station normally its supposed to be only the person on the slip but they'll sometines make an exception
They have horrible service because it seems they don't have enough workers to take care of the customers when it gets busy; which results in long lines.
Unfortunately it is the worst post office in New York city. The workers are rude and feel like they are doing you a favor. They routinely lose mail. They need to be to be reported to the District Manager. I have made complaints also
Excuse me this post office here is one of the worst post office if in the city and the world if you have to make any complain do not call go to the main post office 34th Street and 8th Avenue and find out where are you can make your complain and report them I live here for 21 years at 123rd Street and it's the worst I'm telling you and I'm always in the post office get my money order so I get my stamps that's how I pay my bills the worst that's the only thing I do get money orders and paid my bills and for stamps anything else I go to if I have something to do I go way downtown you never change I need never will

You do not need an appointment. You can come in Monday thru Friday from 11a-4p, and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Have your app filled out in Black ink. You need your birth certificate and a copy of it, your state I'd and a copy of it front and back, a valid passport photo, the application and you will need a money order or check for $110, and a processing fee of $35 which you can pay in cash, credit,or debit. Hope this helps.
How much is it now? Did the price increase? Or ia it the same? 110 plus 35 dollars
It will cost $135 all together. You will need his birth certificate and a valid copy, your state ID and a copy of it front and back, a check or money order for $110, 1 photo, and the application. It will cost $25 to process which you can pay in cash, credit, or debit. So, $135 in total.
